HappyRecruit.AI leverages AI to reduce recruiters' workload by automating initial candidate screening. It generates and conducts AI-powered preliminary questionnaires to evaluate applicants’ skills, experience, personality, and interests. The system provides comprehensive insights, including scores, graphs, and detailed recommendations, allowing recruiters to make data-driven decisions.
Additionally, HappyRecruit.AI integrates with HappyJob, a centralized job portal that aggregates open positions, making it easier for candidates to find opportunities and for recruiters to reach a larger talent pool.

As the Product Designer, my responsibilities encompassed various aspects of the design process to ensure an intuitive and efficient user experience. I conducted user research to understand recruiter pain points and candidate experiences, designed userflows tailored to different personas, and created wireframes and prototypes to validate interactions. Additionally, I focused on UI visual design to maintain consistency and accessibility, ensuring the final product was both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
Informing decision-making: Research provides data and evidence to support design decisions. It helps designers make informed choices about layout, color schemes, typography, and other design elements, leading to more effective and user-friendly websites
